The railroad is coming and two local business men are after the deeds to the ranches needed for the right-of-way. The Railroad Company sends Rocky to investigate the trouble and he finds Gus Sloan has deeds obtainded at the point of a gun. So Rocky robs Sloan to get the deeds.
